A family business with my wife and daughter for all exterior and interior painting

I have been painting houses and roofs for the past 15 years starting in Taupo and then moving to the Hawke's Bay where my daughter joined me and are continuing to run our very reputable business. All of our work is professionally carried out with emphasis on doing the job right the first time and complete customer satisfaction.

We usually spray house exteriors where it's applicable, using top quality Graco spray equipment from the USA. Spraying always gives a better finish with a more even application of paint. In many cases there is a time saving when spraying even allowing for masking.

We use top quality Wattyl paint for exteriors, interiors and roof painting.

We try to keep sites as clean as possible during the work, always tidying up the site at the end of each days work. There is always some disruption for the home owner but we try and make this as minimal as possible. 

We have our own scaffolding for house exteriors allowing us to scaffold an average two story home. This is a significant saving for our customers but we can arrange  a scaffolding company to supply us quotation's where our scaffolding is not applicable. We pass on the exact amount from the scaffolding company to our customers with NO markup.

I retired 18 years ago from owning my own company for many years and became qualified as an ambulance officer with St Johns. Whilst with St Johns I started painting houses in Omori and the Kuratau near Turangi and successfully built up a strong business. I left St Johns to concentrate fully on my painting business.

Emma-Jane decided to join the business 6 years ago  and has built up a lot of knowledge and experience with regards to preparation and painting.

All of the painting work is now carried out by myself and my daughter with my wife helping when required.
